We strongly recommend choosing the DHL Express Wordwide option for customers outside USA. For this small subsidized charge Glow Caviar Skincare International customer orders get door-to-door delivery by the end of the next possible business day. Track your order by the hour. With the holiday season near this service is a must!
Your Glow Caviar Skincare International (GCS) products are shipped from our warehouses located in Texas (USA).
Please allow 1-3 work days to process your order. We ship Monday and Friday, excluding weekends, long weekends and public holidays. Where possible, depending if you place your order before 10:00 AM TX time, we ship orders the same day. But please allow 3 business days for orders to process under normal circumstances (i.e.: if you order on Monday, your order will be ready for shipping on Tuesday or Wednesday).
United States Orders: Please allow 2-7 work days for delivery.
International Orders: Most international orders (outside USA, Europe or Africa ) please allow 10-15 work days for standard shipping delivery. UPS Express Worldwide average 3-5 days. Depending on the destination, international shipping may take 4-8 weeks for some slow-to-ship countries such as Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.
Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed and readied for collection from our warehouses by the designated shipping company. This will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. All shipping is carried out by 3rd party shipping companies as listed below. We (GCS) do not control your package movement or tracking information updates once it has left our warehouses. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier prior to contacting us. We will assist in whatever manner possible to make sure your package reaches the address supplied.

Please allow 1 – 5 work days for the tracking information to show. After the shipping company has collected your package from our warehouse for delivery it is that companies responsibility to ensure delivery is made. GCS no longer have control over your package after it has left our warehouse. Shipping companies on-deliver your package into you countries domestic postal services for final delivery to your address.
International Taxes and Duties:
International customers (outside of United States, Europe, Asia or Africa ) are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, local taxes and any other fees that may be charged by your country. GCS has no control or influence on Government fees/charges, they’re to be paid to your local carrier or government, they are not collected by GCS. We ship international packages DTU (duties and taxes unpaid). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs in order for your to receive your package. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be as governments can change them without notice. We recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside your country.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS (if any) BEFORE PURCHASE. It is the responsibility of you the buyer to make sure that you enter the correct shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@glowcaviarskincare.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the correction, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
SHIPPING
Most orders will be shipped within 5-8 business days. Buyer shall allow up to 1-2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or package market delivered by the courier that is not in the possession of the receiver. By purchasing with Glow Caviar Skincare, you agree to the terms and conditions. Always ensure to enter a reliable and correct address at the checkout to avoid the issue. If a package has been lost or stolen from past purchases please have a package sent to a P.O Box or reliable location. There will be no reimbursement of any kind.
